SUPPLIES
-Any fleece material (as this fabric has clean edges that wont fray)
-A pair of good scissors
DIRECTIONS
1. Use 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 yard piece of Fleece, depending upon which size blanket you are making. Fabric is usually 58 wide.
Approximate Finished Sizes:
-Child 45 x 58 with 4 fringe on each side (1 1/4 yard of fabric)
-Teens 54 x 58 with 4 fringe on each side (1 1/2 yard of fabric)
2. Measure finished dimension with 4 fringe on each side.
3. Cut off rough selvage (if needed) edge on both sides (this is the side that is machine finished, not cut)
4. Cut a 4x4 square out of each corner and discard.
5. Cut all 4 sides into 1 x 4 strips. Tie overhand knot close to blanket edge on each.
